Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products that are used, broken, or without packaging will not be eligible for return.
- Certain items such as cosmetics (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable once opened/used.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product or another item of equal value.
Cancellation of Orders
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@rubzz.store or calling +92-313-9895820.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can apply for a return after receiving it.
